Franchise Agreement

This Franchise Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [DATE], by and between [FRANCHISOR_NAME], a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of [STATE], with its principal place of business located at [FRANCHISOR_ADDRESS] ("Franchisor"), and [FRANCHISEE_NAME], having its principal place of business located at [FRANCHISEE_ADDRESS] ("Franchisee").

WHEREAS, Franchisor owns [BRAND_NAME] franchise system, consisting of [NUMBER] [TYPE] franchise locations (the "Franchise System");

WHEREAS, Franchisee desires to obtain and operate a [BRAND_NAME] franchise (the "Franchised Business") at [FRANCHISE_LOCATION];

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

1. Grant of Franchise: Franchisor grants Franchisee the non-exclusive right and license to establish, operate, and maintain the Franchised Business, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Term: The initial term of this Agreement shall be [TERM] years, commencing on [START_DATE] and ending on [END_DATE], unless otherwise terminated or extended as provided herein.

3. Fees: Franchisee shall pay to Franchisor the initial franchise fee of [AMOUNT], as specified in Exhibit A.
