**Digital Kiosk Rental Agreement**

This Digital Kiosk Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between [LANDLORD], located at [LANDLORD_ADDRESS] ("Landlord"), and [TENANT], located at [TENANT_ADDRESS] ("Tenant"), as of [EFFECTIVE_DATE].

**1. Rental Property**

Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, the digital kiosk located at [KIOSK_LOCATION] (the "Rental Property") for the term and subject to the conditions set forth herein.

**2. Term**
